Paragould Light Water and Cable (PLWC) accepts employment applications at any time. Applications can be picked up at the main service center location or printed from the website. Application must be completed and signed before submitting. Applicants may include a resume with the application. Completed applications must be returned to the main service center location. All applications are kept on file for one (1) year.
 Whenever PLWC has an open position, it is posted internally for three (3) days. If the position is not filled with an internal candidate, outside applicants will be considered for the position. The applications that are currently on file will be considered first and if no suitable candidate is found, the position will be advertised through the Internet and the local newspapers.
